Every new subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If SocialWhale isn't right for you, email support@socialwhale.ai within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no hoops.

Renewal payments are not automatically refundable, but if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If something went wrong with a renewal, contact us — we're reasonable.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
