SocialWhale provides software tools that help you plan, design and caption social media content for your business. You retain responsibility for reviewing all generated content and for everything you publish on third-party platforms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the policies of the platform you publish to. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

You own the content you generate with your subscription, subject to the rights of any third-party assets used. We claim no ownership over your published posts.

SocialWhale is a content-creation tool. We do not guarantee engagement, followers, customers, or revenue of any kind. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, effort and platform algorithms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
